The Baumer OADM 20I6593 11012177 is a high-precision optical distance sensor with a measuring range of 200 to 1000 mm. It features Teach-in adjustment via a button or external input, with a minimum Teach-in range of 20 mm. The device includes a green LED for power indication and a red LED to signal a soiled lens. It offers a resolution between 120 and 3000 µm and a linearity error of ±0.36 to 9 mm. The sensor emits a pulsed red laser diode light with a wavelength of 650 nm and falls under Laser class 2. It has a fast response and release time of less than 3.5 ms. Operating on a voltage supply range of 12 to 28 VDC, it consumes a maximum of 100 mA with no load.
