The Baumer IGYX 30P17B3/L is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 15 mm and an assured sensing distance of 12 mm. It features a temperature drift of ±10% of Sr within a temperature range of 0 to +60 °C and a hysteresis of 3 to 20% of Sr. The sensor is equipped with a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 400 Hz. It requires a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 15 mA with no load. The output circuit is a PNP make function (NO) with a voltage drop of less than 2.5 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's design is cylindrical threaded, made from brass nickel-plated housing and a PBT red sensing face. Dimensions include a 30 mm diameter and a 50 mm housing length, with a 2 m cable connection. It can be tightened with a maximum torque of 60 Nm and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. The sensor is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and immersion.
